"You'll never have to find
whatever remains inside
its in my eyes
but still it cannot ever be described"
Wake The Blind are a fresh modern nu-metal outfit from Melbourne and BTS has the honour of exclusively sharing their debut single ‘Overcome’ with you folks at home, which will drop on the 24th this month!
I'm gonna tell you right now, this track is THICC -yes, that's right, double c. These fellas' djenty layered chuggs deliver a hearty backbone to this track, ringing out with almost the perfect amount of delay.
From the minds of these young guys, ‘Overcome’ is illustrated before us as a somewhat nostalgic take on bands such as Asking Alexandria but also incorporate hardcore tones from the likes of later Underoath.
Whilst the song is reliant on the same few riffs, this energetic, young outfit manage to close out this track with a tasty gravity blast, leaving us to think that this tune must surely nurture some growing interest in Wake The Blind, especially considering that this is indeed their DEBUT release!
Don't miss ‘Overcome’ and be sure to follow Wake The Blind, as they certainly have more to develop and grow as people and musicians.
Check back on the 24th to watch the exclusive premiere of 'Overcome'
