“Stay here forever, I'll take a little everyday”

Madam Wong have just dropped their Debut Single on a day of love, so will the track be loved?

The track kicks off with a nice little guitar riff that brings me right back to late 90's early 2000's pop punk then the band kicks in and my head is nodding along nicely. The vocals come in on the verse and The Menzingers are ringing in my ears, but it's not The Menzingers, it's the WONGS. The chorus is very sing-along(able) and is catchy as hell. There are nice little guitar parts through that aren't face melting but it adds that extra little bit of flavour.

The track flows nicely, breaking down into a nice bass part and builds back up again nicely to the final chorus which rounds out the track leaving a taste of happiness knowing the MW lads have produced a great little track. It's tongue in cheek lyrics really give it that little bit extra but are also kind of sweet so it's perfect for a day of love!

The production is great on the track. Each instrument meshes nicely with each other and no singular line overpowers the other. The drums are really clean and crips to and keep the track moving along at a nice pace.

Overall, I dig this track. It's going to be on my rotation so I advise it's on your too. It's a great little track and it's awesome seeing come from lads who work their assess off and are always down for a good time. The Wongs have quality banter if you've seen them on Facebook or at a gig, but they have now produced a quality track.

Up the WONGS!!
